The location of this hotel is incredible. I enjoyed waking up to the stunning views of snow, capped mountains and crystal, clear river. the rooms were clean and well insulated, making for a cozy and comfortable stay during the chilly xmas nights. the in, room service was prompt and efficient.
The breakfast menu could be better. Although there were some options, the variety was limited.

During our Xmas vacation, there were a few things we appreciated about this hotel. the rooms had a cozy feel and were temperature controlled, which was perfect for the snowy weather outside. the hotel staff were generally polite and accommodating. Lastly, we enjoyed the scenic location of the hotel, which offered magnificent views of the picturesque surroundings.
Despite the few positives, there were several negatives that made our stay at this hotel quite frustrating. the hotel's food was overpriced and lacked variety.

We enjoyed waking up to an amazing scenic view with snow-covered mountains, grazing horses, and a river. The hotel's staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They even upgraded our room when we had a slight issue in our first night. The hotel facilities were great, and the hot water was available 24 hours.
Nothing to fault.
